Flight 93 starts behaving erratically and is noticed by Cleveland flight control. In addition, screaming and sounds of struggle in the cockpit are heard by the controller and other pilots in the vicinity.
In the next minute or so, President George W. Bush (R-USA) will make his first public statement on the incident:
BUSH: Today we’ve had a national tragedy. Two airplanes have crashed into the World Trade Center in an apparent terrorist attack on our country.
